	Upcoming Events Women’s Sports Career Seminars™ Career services for our male friends (click here) Our Women's Sports Career Seminar Series was designed to meet the growing needs of women interested in sports related careers. The seminars are designed for women currently in sports related fields and for women interested in pursuing sports related fields. Our career management staff will share their sports career experiences from a wide range of sports fields and guide members through the inside-outs of managing a sports related career. Due to the increased interest in our program, our 2003 seminars are now held nationally in private telephone conference rooms. This new program allows all career candidates the opportunity to participate from the luxury of your own home without the costs of traveling! All seminars are 1.5 hours in length. We provide a seminar moderator who will introduce the speaker and guide participants through an intimate and informative seminar. Once you have registered through our store, all of the appropriate details such as the call-in phone number will be emailed to you within 72 hours! Seminar Costs: Our teleconference seminar program provides a budget alternative to attending one of our formal seminars. The cost to participate in one of our unique teleconference seminars is $29. Regular seminar cost is $99. This new program eliminates travel & lodging costs for participants and allows participation from anywhere in the country. The call-in phone number is located in Nevada. It is not a 1-800 number. This allows us to keep the seminar costs at a reduced fee. Please check into your long distance discount plans. Most plans now offer phone rates anywhere in the U.S. for less that .06 per minute, which would mean approximately $5.40 for the entire seminar call. Due to the increased interest in our seminars and the nationwide location of our candidates, we have created a new program allowing all interested candidates to participate in our career seminars through a dial-in private phone conference room. Once you have reserved your space in an upcoming seminar, all of the details of where to call in will be emailed to you with a space confirmation. How are they done? All seminars are limited to a maximum of 30 people. Seminars are 1 hour and 30 minutes, providing each attendee an opportunity for individual Q & A. Who coordinates the seminar? We provide a sports career seminar moderated who will introduce the speaker(s) and guide the participants through the seminar. Our trained sports career counselor(s) will provide the group with a one-hour and thirty-minute seminar that will present up to date information, answer your questions, and give you an inside track on getting a job in the sports industry. In addition, one female sports executive will call in as our special guest. What's covered? The seminars provide a comprehensive overview of important points in managing a sports career, such as career opportunities, career transition, resume importance, interviewing skills, relationship building, identifying the right networking organizations and providing the inside scoop on where the jobs are! Participants also benefit from networking with other women in the private conference room who are also pursuing similar career dreams. Who speaks?
