1.      Q:  How Do I post a job opening? 

  • Click "Post a Job" on the left hand side of the front page under Employers. 

  • Click order today. Once you have filled out all of your billing information, a confirmation form with login information will pop up.

  • Click on login button in the top banner heading and follow instructions through login. Once you have logged into your employer menu, you can cut and paste your job announcement into our standard posting form.

  • If you are uncomfortable with this process or would prefer a "technical walk-thru" with one of our customer service managers, please feel free to call the office directly at (714) 848-1201 and we would be happy to assist you.  
     

2.      Q:  What does it cost to post a job?

A:  The fee to post one job is regularly $50 unless it is on sale in our store.  We normally run specials from time to time to time.  Click on the store button in our banner heading to view our current employer specials!

More than one posting?  If you will be hiring for more than one position this year, you may want to consider becoming a featured partner.  This program provides multiple posting packages at a discount price.  For more information on this program please click on the Employer link in the top banner heading.

3.      Q:  How long does it take before my job posting becomes active

A:  All jobs are posted within 24 hoursYou will receive an email confirmation immediately following your order submission. 

4.      Q:  How will I know when the job is posted? 

A:  Log in to your employer menu to view the job status.  If the job says "Active" it has been posted.   

5.      Q:  How will candidates contact me? 

A:  Candidates will contact you through all the available means that you provide in your job posting form.  Contact options include email, fax, phone and direct mail.

6.      Q:  How long will my job remain posted?

A:  All jobs remain posted for 45 day unless you would prefer a shorter time period. If you would like to post a job for a shorter period of time, please specify within your job posting description.
