Oshman’s Sporting Goods Renews
The new contract will include a dual partnership with the launching of Women’Sports Career Seminars in 1999. The seminars, presented by Heidesch and supported by industry leaders, will be held in the basketball courts of various Oshman’s SuperStore markets covering such areas, as resume preparation, salary negotiating and employment opportunities for women in sports related careers. "We believe this is a great addition to Oshman’s established and industry recognized cause related marketing program for women, said Heidesch. The seminars attract active female consumers to the stores while they address a very sensitive and important need for women interested in sports related careers.
