Marketing Administrator

Responsibilities: Responsible for providing administrative support to the Director and other managers of the department. Primary duties will be to assist with the clerical and administrative duties of the assigned group, including project management, budget tracking, distribution of regular reports, scheduling and coordination. In addition to routine duties, specialized responsibilities may include: creating presentation materials: doing on-line searches for information; and coordinating the efforts of the local agencies, clearing houses and other vendors associated with marketing. Specific Responsibilities Include: Provide clerical assistance, including word processing, filing, mail sorting/delivery/pick-up, budget tracking and document reproduction and distribution. Assist in processing invoices, new vendor forms, expense reports, payroll and time sheets. Develop and maintain a filing system for department records, including invoices, event and athlete contracts, program listings, and information resources. Answer routine correspondence and solicitations, assist in preparation of letters, large Marketing mailings, faxes, urgent packages, incoming and interoffice mail. Prepare presentation materials, proof-read reports and correspondence, and serve as scribe at key meetings as needed. Search on-line databases on either the internet to retrieve relevant information. Manage the calendar for managers supported and schedule meetings, off-site functions and travel arrangements as needed. Assist in the fulfillment of product and ad specialty requirements for athletes and events as needed. Schedule and supervise temporary employees as necessary. Keep supported staff organized and stocked, order supplies as needed. Professional Experience: we seek to hire a self-motivated, customer-focused and detail-oriented professional with initiative and enthusiasm. A minimum of three years of administrative support, preferably in a marketing organization, is necessary. Excellent organizational skills are required, as well as superior communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent spreadsheet and budget tracking skills are required. Outstanding proofreading skills and an ability to type 45 wpm are a must. Proficiency with Windows, Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required. Experience with Lotus Notes and the Internet are a plus. The selected candidate must be comfortable working independently with little supervision, be able to balance multiple and shifting priorities, adhere to tight deadlines and have the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Club Manager

Responsible for managing the spa services provided within the club to ensure members and guests receive a quality, personalized spa experience. Hire, supervise and coordinate activities of spa, tanning, and massage staff to ensure efficient operation and delivery of exceptional member and guest services. Partners with General Manager and Director of Spas to establish revenue targets. Responsible for tracking and monitoring monthly financials results. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing and ensuring cleanliness of spa facilities. Ensures completion of daily checklists and hourly walkthroughs. Delegates and supervises the completion of all maintenance improvements and member requests. Recommends improved cleaning products or cleaning methods toward optimal levels of sanitation and cleanliness. Adheres to all state and federal sanitation guidelines. Monitors the operation of the mechanical, electrical and heating facilities through routine preventative maintenance and repairs and follows proper notification procedures in the event of equipment failure. Ensures all lighting fixtures are in proper working order. Ensures equipment is repaired with a 24-hour time frame or less. Completes proper inventory system for spa services and products. Ensures the cleanliness and organization of the spa desk and assists with the coordination of efforts between other departments. Trains, supervises and schedules associates to ensure continuous coverage and efficient service delivery. Complies with and manages to established operational policies and procedures. Manages spa retail operations and personnel including boutique and juice bar. Ensures retail operations adhere to business plan objectives. Reviews and approves purchase planners, pricing invoices for accuracy. Maintains security of retail items. Compiles and communicates requested financial information and reports on retail operations. Adheres to club policies and procedures including confidentiality, manager on duty, physical plant manual, and hospitality desk manual. Performs human resources activities for spa staff in accordance with corporate human resources policies and procedures including recruiting, hiring, compensation, training, performance management, and termination. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Exercise Physiologist
