Equipment Manager

Promotions Manager

Position Description: Identify, secure and implement promotional opportunities. Responsibilities: Work with local Bank of America team to identify market specific promotional opportunities, e.g., distribution of flyers and posters to community groups, civic groups, local businesses and Olympic sponsors. Contact promotions managers at local television affiliates and radio stations in each market to secure live broadcasts. Secure calendar listings with local magazines, visitor guides, community web sites and major and secondary newspapers in each market. Oversee implementation of local radio promotions and execution of live remotes in each market. Coordinate special events for local Bank of America team as needed, i.e., media events, appearances by local celebrities and/or Olympians, Australian entertainers, zoo animals, etc. Support the efforts of the local PR managers to generate publicity and traffic.
